Free Speech submissions are now open!
The Free Speech journal is a quarterly publication of political, social and economic thought from Britain’s pioneering free thinkers. Advocating classical liberal and libertarian perspectives, Free Speech aims to spotlight alternative ideas and original writing talent from those whose voices have been silenced by the mainstream.
We will accept non-fiction articles up to 5,000 words from writers resident in the United Kingdom only. The material may be on any genre, but should ideally focus on classical liberal / libertarian beliefs and instil a sense of liberty, freedom, truth and justice in the reader. Work that challenges the orthodoxy, explores niche concepts or steps outside the box will be regarded positively by our reviewers.
Any images included in your article must be royalty free with creative commons distribution rights, or taken by yourself by which you grant Blacklist Press Ltd. the right for their use in any and all publications we may produce and in any format. Please do not submit your work outside the submissions window as stated at the bottom of this page. You may submit up to three articles per edition. There is no charge for Free Speech submissions. Entries rejected will not be withheld by Blacklist Press Ltd., but you may re-submit previously rejected or amended articles to be considered for future editions.
